Guest and Ticketing Information:
The university uses a voucher/ticketing system to assure seating for guests attending Convocation ceremonies in Grady Gammage Auditorium. To provide each graduating student an opportunity to have guests attend, this is a ticketed event and requires an RSVP. Tickets will be limited for each college/school Convocation ceremony; each graduate is allowed up to 12 tickets. Students should check with their Convocation coordinator for distribution dates. Graduates who want additional tickets will have an opportunity to pick them up, if available, after the initial distribution dates. All tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. RSVPs can be submitted online using the Convocation RSVP Form. This will ensure an equal number of free tickets be made available to each graduate.
Grady Gammage Auditorium has special handicapped seating. Students needing special assistance for themselves or their guests should contact their college/school Convocation coordinator to make arrangements.
