Environmental Health & Safety - Emergency Evacuation Plan

ASU’s Department of Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) has directed that all ASU departments review and update, or implement an emergency evacuation plan for their office area(s). EH&S has a well thought out website to assist each department in the development of department specific emergency preparedness plans. 

The Department of Business and Finance has developed an on-line process utilizing EH&S’s Emergency Plan Template (EPT) to assist you in developing your plan. All relevant forms in the EPT have been converted to pdf and can be filled out on-line then e-mailed to our office when complete. A copy may also be printed for your records. The information you provide will be uploaded to a secure server which will be made available to police and fire departments only in the event of an emergency. A Polytechnic building EPT.
