Adult Swim Lessons

The instructors will create their lesson plans based on the swimmer's interests and needs. Every instructor will take into consideration the participants' past experierinces. They will also take into consideration the participants’ past experiences, current goals and physical characteristics. All levels are welcome.

Six 45 minute sessions for only $30.

Adult Lessons will be available at the following times:

Session I, 6:10pm - 6:55pm, M, T, W, June 1- June 10

Session II, 6:10pm - 6:55pm, M, T, W, June 15- June 24
