How can we design products that are easy to learn, efficient to use and satisfying? Human factors psychologists work in design, research, training or usability departments in large organizations. In addition, they are employed by consulting firms and design firms. Current research projects focus on:

  • Cognitive models for language understanding and decision making in intelligent agents (Schvaneveldt)
