North Residence Halls
Four
of the five North Residence Halls are designated for sophomores and above
(Talon Hall is part of the Freshmen Year Experience program). The North
Residence Halls are located just north of the campus core, close to
volleyball and tennis courts, fitness center, student services, and
classroom buildings. Most rooms are single occupancy, suite-style rooms
with a private bathroom and shared kitchen. A limited number of studio
apartments are located in Eagle Hall. All utilities
including local phone, 80-channel cable TV, and high-speed internet
service are included. Laundry facilities are located in each
building. A computer lab is located in Talon Hall and the NRH
Community Lounge is located in Phantom Hall. To view sample floor

The North Residence Halls, like all other housing areas, are staffed
by Community Assistants (CAs) who provide peer support, policy
enforcement, and programs/activities for residents.

Single, suite-style rooms have a private bathroom, and a shared kitchenette that
connects to the adjacent room. The rooms are fully furnished with bed, desk, dresser
and desk chair. A limited number of couches are available at no additional cost
(based on availability).
Kitchens have a microwave, sink and two small refrigerators. Kitchens do not have
a stove or oven.
A limited number of studio apartments are available in Eagle hall. These rooms
have their own living room/dining room area, kitchen, bathroom and private bedroom.
The kitchens are equipped with a microwave, sink, stove/oven and refrigerator.
Phantom, Falcon, and Mustang Halls
Phantom, Falcon and Mustang Halls are similar to the suite-style rooms described in Talon and Eagle, but
with the added benefit of stoves and ovens in kitchens, as well as
larger refrigerators with a separate freezer.
