Faculty/Staff Housing

While our primary focus is to serve students, full-time faculty and staff at Arizona State University, Chandler-Gilbert Community College, and the Maricopa County Community College District may also rent family housing.

A recent pay stub or letter from a supervisor is required as proof of employment when submitting your housing application. Also, you will be required to regularly submit continued proof of employment to verify your eligibility.  Residents who separate from their employer during the term of the License Agreement may lose residency privileges.

Faculty/staff rates are $50 month more than student rates.

Residence halls and shared houses are generally not available to faculty and staff.
