Printing fees are as follows:
- Black-and-white 8.5" x 11" laser printing is available for a charge of $0.08 per printed side.
In order to print, a positive balance of Sun Dollars 
associated with your ASU Sun Card is required. No other form of payment is accepted.
Printing from a Laptop in Computing Sites
Printing is now available to laptop computers via the PHAROS system. To configure this service on your computer, please reference the appropriate instructional document from the list below. These documents are provided in PDF format.
Your particular laptop may or may not have all the necessary driver files for use with the instructions provided. For your convenience we've made those drivers available in a compressed file. PC Printer Drivers

Departmental Network Printer Guidelines
University Technology Office provides network printer support for all administrative users on campus. Departments may purchase a network enabled printer and have University Technology Office configure and manage the printer for them. Purchasing departments are required to maintain paper and toner supplies as well as any other consumables the printer may require. University Technology Office strongly recommends purchasing a warranty from Office Machines Rental & Repair for hardware maintenance on the printer. Desktop Printer Guidelines
University Technology Office provides limited support for desktop printer configurations. University Technology Office will perform the initial hardware and driver setup and configuration. Any problems with the printer and/or troubleshooting that may be needed after the initial setup is complete is not supported at this time.
