Dr. Woolf's teaching interests include human nutrition, energy/nutrient metabolism and sports nutrition. Her research interests include the role that nutrition and exercise can play in the etiology and treatment of chronic diseases, such as cancer, heart disease, obesity, osteoporosis, diabetes and arthritis. As our population continues to age, understanding these links is very critical.
