BIOGRAPHY

Kathy Dixon graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Dietetics. After completion of her Bachelor of Science Degree, Kathy completed a dietetic internship with the Milwaukee Public School System. She received a Master's degree in Counseling and Human Relations from Northern Arizona University.

In her career, Kathy has held numerous positions, including Clinical Dietitian, Pediatric Dietitian, Pediatric Nutrition Coordinator, Food Service Director and Clinical Nutrition Manager.

Currently, Kathy is a Senior Lecturer and the DPD Director at Arizona State University in the Department of Nutrition, where she teaches food principles, food management, nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy courses.
