Linda Sampsel came to Arizona State University in November 1994. She had previously been employed at Cerritos Community College in Norwalk, CA, where she was the Secretary to the Coordinator of Judicial Affairs and Supervisor of the Photo Identification Card Center.

Linda worked on ASU's Tempe campus for five years as the Senior Word Processor in the Department of Family Resources and Human Development. In July 2000, she became the Administrative Assistant for the Department of Nutrition, moved with them to the Polytechnic campus, and is now the Business Office Manager for the department.
