Outdoor Reservation Space

Arizona State University departments, Registered Student Organizations and community members may reserve the following outdoor union areas for informational displays or special events:

• South Patio
• West Patio
• East Entry Patio
• Annex Patio

Guests requesting space outdoors or in other buildings can use the normal Union Reservation form. Please indicate the specific space requested in the space marked “Room Request” on the reservation form.

To make an outdoor reservation please submit a Reservation form to the student union at least one week prior to your event. Special events should be submitted at least two weeks in advance. All reservations are subject to the Facility Use Policy and may require a fee.
